For my final degree, we produced a short film with a small budget in a limited time. In preproduction I mostly focused on writing the screenplay and preparing the shooting. All the way through the entire production we had to think cost efficient and stay flexible at the same time. I was able to learn a lot in planing the shot, communicate and interact with other departments and make rapid decisions. In postproduction I was responsible for various compositing and animation shots.
2008 Animation at Rattenschaf Filmproduktion, Germany
Animation and Colour grading for an advertisement of the „Landesgartenshow 2010“. During this project I worked independent and self-responsible.
2007 Scriptwriter, Director, Editor & Digital Artist at Blackmailer-Film, Germany
My pre-degree is a 15 minutes black comedy short film. While writing the screenplay with my co-director I was able to improve my structured creativity to work focused and target orientated. While shooting I worked with 5 actors and co-ordinated a team of 30 students and professionals. Therefore, I had to be well prepared and make fast decisions. During the postproduction process, we worked in a small team where we had to discuss and compromise about creative decisions. I learned to self-reflect my ideas as well as accept and implement criticism.
